I graduated from the University of Alabama and completed my JD at Wake Forest before moving to New Orleans to work as a pharmaceutical defense attorney. At McGlinchey Stafford, I transitioned to HR to become the Director of Recruiting, I managed all levels of attorney recruitment, including candidate review, on-campus and in-house interviewing, recruitment fees, offer timing and negotiations, and the deliberation of offers with hiring partners and the internal recruiting committee. My background means I know both the day-to-day and the long-term goals of major law firms, which sets me apart from other recruiters.

I work exclusively with firms in Houston, Austin, and Dallas.
Since I stay focused on the Texas Market, I have unmatched knowledge of the schools, firms, and networks that make this State one of the best places to practice law in the world. I keep track of the metrics and changes in the laterals space and share my insights both here on my blog and LinkedIn

I’m a dedicated mentor for Law Students beginning their careers because I know that making the right decisions can set you up for a lifetime of success. I offer insights for students on the OCI process, how to shop for firms, and how the industry is changing.

I go above and beyond in making sure the candidates I present to firms get the help they need on crafting their resumes, prepping for interviews, and taking advantage of opportunities that won’t simply show up in your inbox.
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
